Keith is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the firm. Prior to founding Feenix, Keith was a senior partner and Managing Director at H/2 Capital Partners (“H/2”), a $13 billion alternative investment manager in New York. In his role as Head of Capital Markets, he managed the firm’s more than $7 billion of financing and served on H/2’s Investment and Executive Committees.

Keith has over 25 years of experience working with global financial institutions on the buy and sell side. Prior to joining H/2 in 2013, Keith was a Managing Director and Head of Structured Financing, Americas at UBS Investment Bank. He also held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers in principal funding and investments and as head of US CLO Origination.

Keith serves on the boards of several portfolio companies including Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, Sports Illustrated Tickets (observer), Jack’s Coffee, and Caviar & Bananas. He was previously an independent board member of Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc., a publicly traded business development company (2013–2020), and a general trustee of Knox College (2018–2022). He earned a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Knox College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Tom is responsible for firm finance and operations at Feenix. He is a member of the investment committee, oversees compliance, and leads the firm’s loan servicing and merchant services business lines.

Prior to Feenix, Tom was a Partner at DataWarhorse, a fintech startup that uses risk management and artificial intelligence to construct and optimize portfolios for investment managers. Before that, he was Controller and Vice President of Middle Office at Tremblant Capital Group, a $2 billion registered investment adviser managing long/short equity hedge funds, long-only funds, and managed accounts. There he was responsible for all aspects of fund accounting, operations, and risk management.

Tom began his career as an Associate in PwC’s Assurance practice, concentrating on alternative asset managers. He holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Matt is responsible for investment management and capital formation. Prior to joining Feenix, Matt was the founder of Cottage Avenue, a hospitality focused investment platform, and advised on certain of Feenix’s portfolio companies. Through Cottage Avenue, and related entities, Matt invested in hotels, skiing destinations, and hospitality-related operating businesses across both public and private investments.

Since 2022, Matt has been responsible for deploying $575m into transactions valued at over $1.5b. Previously, Matt led corporate development efforts at Hyatt Hotels and was responsible for the $500m+ acquisition of Two Roads Hospitality, which included 75 hotels in 11 countries, and he began his hotel investing career at Starwood Hotels in 2012.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Denver and earned a Master of Real Estate Finance from New York University. Matt lives in New York City with his wife and three children.

Matthew joined Feenix in 2020 and is a senior member of the investment team focusing on deal origination. Prior to joining Feenix, Matthew co-founded Strategic Credit Concepts, a long/short credit fund with non-market correlated positive returns.

Prior to starting the fund, Matthew was a Managing Director at Steel Partners, where he ran the trading desk and helped restructure a $2.8 billion open-ended fund into a listed Limited Partnership structure that currently trades on the NYSE. During the global financial crisis, Matthew oversaw a $500+ million hedging strategy in addition to managing and trading the firm’s distressed investments portfolio. At Steel Partners, Matthew sat on the fund investment committee and managed his partners’ funds in outside managed accounts, which included unsecured bonds and common equities.

Prior to joining Steel Partners in 2008, Matthew worked at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg (a Goldman Sachs company), where he led and managed five investment professionals in a $150 million market-neutral special situations strategy. During his career, Matthew has invested in numerous industries, including healthcare, biotech, oil and gas, chemicals, industrials, restaurants, telecom, and retail.

Matthew holds a first-class honors degree in Chemistry (BSc) from Imperial College, London University, UK, and a doctorate in Physical Chemistry (PhD) from Oxford University, UK.

Jack leads merchant services, sales, and payment processing strategy across Feenix and its portfolio companies. His responsibilities include overseeing revenue growth initiatives, evaluating processing opportunities, analyzing merchant economics, structuring commercial relationships, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the implementation and ongoing performance of payment solutions. He works closely with merchants, technology providers, and financial institutions to improve payment operations, strengthen economics, and support portfolio growth.

Prior to joining Feenix, Jack built his career across payments, financial technology, and commerce software. Most recently, he held senior sales engineering and customer success roles at TouchBistro, where he helped restaurant operators design, implement, and optimize integrated point-of-sale and payment solutions. Previously, he held a go-to-market leadership role at American Credit Card Processing Corp., which was subsequently acquired by Priority Technology Holdings (NASDAQ: PRTH). Following the acquisition, he continued with Priority, focusing on business development, merchant acquiring, and payment solutions across a range of industries.

Jack brings extensive experience in merchant acquiring, payment technology, sales leadership, commercial strategy, and revenue growth. He earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Steven joined Feenix in 2020 and manages our technology infrastructure, data analytics and risk management platform. He also supports operations, accounting, and investor relations.

Steven has nine years of experience working in capital markets and operations. He specializes in financing transactions on hard-asset credit products including high yield bonds, bank debt, CMBS, and private loans. Prior to joining Feenix, Steven was a Vice President at H/2 Capital Partners. Within the capital markets group, he managed the financing process from sourcing through negotiation and execution, while strengthening external financing relationships.

Steven began his career at Citco Fund Services, where he performed middle and back-office duties for hedge funds representing a wide range of strategies and products. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Northeastern University.

Ethan is responsible for business development, sales strategy, marketing strategy, and strategic partnerships at Feenix.

Prior to joining Feenix, Ethan held a leadership role at Priority Technology Holdings (NASDAQ: PRTH), where he led a sales team, managed key accounts and banking relationships, and helped drive revenue growth.

Previously, Ethan served as Sales Director at fintech startup MX Build, where he led go-to-market strategy, developed new sales channels and strategic partnerships, and helped facilitate the company’s acquisition by Priority Technology Holdings. Prior to MX Build, Ethan was a Sales Team Lead at RentPayment, which was acquired by MRI Software. He began his career with the American Express Merchant Financing team.

Ethan was born and raised in Rhode Island and received a B.A. in Business Management from Rollins College. He currently lives in Newport, Rhode Island.

Evan works across asset management, investments, and assists in the growth and operation of Feenix’s services business.

Prior to joining Feenix, Evan was an early-stage employee, and a partner at Phil’s Finest, a CPG startup manufacturing and selling products that offer consumers a new way to make healthier and more environmental choices at the grocery store without compromising on flavor or value.

Evan holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a focus on Management from Georgetown University.

Jude is responsible for investment operations and fund accounting at Feenix. His responsibilities include cash management, fund reporting, loan servicing, overseeing annual audits and tax preparation, management accounting, and assists in investor reporting.

Prior to joining Feenix, Jude was a Private Equity Fund Accountant at SEI, where he oversaw the accounting and financial reporting of private equity and general partner funds with more than $2.3 billion in aggregate commitments and $1.8 billion in net asset value. His responsibilities included preparing financial statements, processing capital calls and distributions, calculating fund-level fees and carried interest, and coordinating audits with Big Four accounting firms.

Jude earned a BS in Finance, summa cum laude, from Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

Tim is an experienced operator, entrepreneur, and trader with nearly 20 years of leadership in operational logistics and financial risk management. At Feenix, Tim works across merchant service acquisition and technology integrations, investment operations, loan origination, and strategic portfolio initiatives.

Prior to joining Feenix, Tim founded Bullish Development, LLC, where he managed wholesale fuel trading and physical commodity logistics, following a successful venture importing and distributing agricultural goods to domestic grocers. He developed his foundational leadership capabilities managing high-scale retail operations for a Fortune 500 company while studying Business Management at Indian River State College. Born and raised in South Florida, Tim is an active benefactor of local community non-profits, including the United Way, House of Hope, and March of Dimes.
